1. Who we are

This site is operated by DC Bet Entertainment Ltd, registered in England and Wales, trading address Ground Floor, 24 Rathbone Place, London W1T 1JA. The operation holds licence number 000-100630-R-342650-001. References to “we”, “us” and “DC Bet” mean that company; “you” means the account holder.

2. A free service, with no money in it

DC Bet is a social casino. We do not accept payment, we do not hold funds on your behalf, and we do not award money, vouchers or goods. Every game runs in Play’n GO demo mode with play credits that have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, transferred or redeemed, and are reset by the game client at will.

Nothing on this site is a gambling transaction, and no part of it should be read as an offer to gamble for money.

3. Accepting these terms

Opening an account or using the lobby confirms that you have read and accepted these terms, the Rewards Terms, the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. Although nothing here is played for money, the content is casino themed and restricted to adults. We may refuse or close an account at our discretion where this condition is not met.

If you are self excluded from real money gambling and find that a free casino undermines that decision, we would encourage you to close your account here as well — email support and we will do it immediately.

5. Your account

One account per person. Accounts are personal and non transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for every action taken through your account.

Account data, including your loyalty points, favourites and play history, is stored in your own browser rather than on our servers. Clearing your browser data deletes it permanently and we cannot restore it.

6. No payment, ever

We will never ask you for a card number, bank details, cryptocurrency or any other form of payment, and no feature of this site is or will be sold. If you are asked to pay by anyone claiming to represent DC Bet, it is fraudulent. Report it to support@dcbet.co.uk and do not send anything.

7. Game rules and errors

All games are supplied by Play’n GO and use certified random number generation. Where a game malfunctions, affected rounds are void. Because no money or convertible value is involved, no compensation of any kind arises from a malfunction, an outage or a lost play credit balance.

8. Demo results mean nothing elsewhere

Outcomes here are produced by the same random number generator used at licensed operators, which means past results have no influence on future ones. Practising on this site does not improve your chances of winning money anywhere, and a run of large demo multipliers should not be read as an indication of anything.

9. Inactivity

There is no dormancy fee because there is no balance to charge. An account with no sign in for 24 consecutive months may be removed along with its data.

10. Prohibited conduct

You must not use automated software, exploit a fault in a game, manipulate the leaderboards, open multiple accounts, or attempt to sell or trade loyalty points, tiers or account access. Breach entitles us to remove the account and its board entries without notice.

11. Complaints

Contact support first. We respond within 24 hours and aim to resolve everything within eight weeks. As no money is involved there is no financial dispute route, but we will always explain a decision in writing.

12. Changes

We may amend these terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days in advance, and continued use of the account after that date constitutes acceptance. The current version always sits on this page.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
